If there is constant activity within the detection range of the smart sensor switch, the light will remain on. Each time the motion sensor is triggered, the switch will reset the timer based on the set delay time. Therefore, a) please go to the “Schedule” to check if the delay time is set too long. Or, b) please go to the "Configure" to check if the motion sensor sensitivity is set too high, or if the sound sensing range is set too large. Please also check c) if there are heat sources around the switch, such as fireplaces, bathroom heaters, or exhaust systems, which might be detected as infrared light emitted by a human body, causing the light to remain on.
